Spell Check

The program has two types of spell checking:

1) "As-You-Type" spell checking underlines each unrecognized word as it is typed. A setting is available to sound a "beep," in addition to underlining the unrecognized word, to alert the user when a word is not recognized. In addition, spell checking can be turned off. These options are available under Tools|Set User Preferences|Other Options: Spell Check Settings

2)  The "Spell Check Current Field" function is useful when you want to see a suggested spelling for a misspelled word or when you wish to check spelling in the entire field where the cursor is located. Click Tools|Spell Check Current Field.  When checking an entire field, if unrecognized words are found, a dialog box will open so that suggested replacements can be viewed and selected. From the dialog box, correctly spelled words may be added to the dictionary of allowed spellings.
