Legal Description Builder™
The Legal Description Builder™ can help you format a proper legal description for your forms quickly. On forms that use this feature, click on the Legal Description Builder button which is usually located on the first page of some forms, near the blank for the legal description.
In the Legal Description Builder window, select Plat Builder or Condo Builder depending on the property type. Fill in the applicable fields and the program will build up the legal description. Click OK to enter the legal description into the form. Once the legal description appears in the form, you can modify the legal description further if the legal description requires any non-standard elements (for example, you can add: "less the south 10' for right-of-way").
