Corporate-Style Signatures
In some forms it is possible to use a corporate-style signature in a form:
Enter the corporation's name as a party to the contract (e.g., enter XYZ Corporation as the full Seller Name, usually near the top of a contract). Then, at the signature line for the party, check the box that says Print Corporate Name; then for the individual name of the person that is signing the form, enter the word "By:" followed by the signor's name and title, e.g. By: John Doe, President.
