Entering User's Name, Firm Name, Address and Phone/Email to print at Top of Forms (Form Header)

 

In some form sets, depending on your software license, you may be able to enter or revise a firm/individual name, address and telephone number to print at the top of the first page of each form.

 

If this feature is available, click Form Header to enter/revise the name and address, telephone number/email address, that will print on the forms. Some software licenses do not allow users to enter or revise this info; in that event entering or revising the information will have no effect.
