How to Fill-in, Print and Email Forms

 

 

 

 

 

1) Select the form that you want to fill in from the Select Form menu, if the desired form is not already displayed.

 

2) Fill in the blanks and check boxes as needed on the displayed form.

 

3) Click the File|Print/Preview/PDF menu.

 

4) Click the Preview/Print/PDF Current Form button in the upper right-hand corner. A preview of your filled-in form will be displayed.

 

5) Click Print to print your form; or click Create PDF if you wish to email your filled-in form in PDF format.

 

 

 

 

 

 

1) Fill in the first form (steps 1 and 2 above).

 

2) Without starting a new file, fill in another form (repeat steps 1 and 2 above) that you want to include in your transaction.

 

3) Click the File|Print/Preview/PDF menu.

 

4) Click on the group that says "All Forms Used in Current File" to select all of the forms that you have used in the current transaction; or, place a check mark next to each form that you want to print or convert to PDF format for emailing.

 

5) Click the Preview/Print/PDF Checked Forms button in the upper right-hand corner. A preview of your filled-in form will be displayed.

 

6) Click Print to print your forms; or click Create PDF if you wish to email your filled-in forms in PDF format.

 

 

 

 

 

 

At any point, click File|Save As, which will display a window where you can name and save your work.
