General Program Usage

 

To fill in a blank on a form, place your cursor in the blank (also referred to as a field) and type the text you wish to appear. You can press TAB to go from field to field through the form, or click on any field that you want to enter information into. You can jump to various locations throughout the form by clicking on the tabs that are above the form; you may also scroll through the form by dragging the vertical scroll bar that appears to the right of each form.

 

When you want to work on another form (such as a rider, addendum, disclosure or listing agreement) click on the Select Form menu and chose the form.

 

From the File menu you can create New, Open files you have already created, or Print contract forms you have created.

 

Save your files before exiting the program or starting a new file. 

 

This program starts with the "Untitled" file. To save your work when the Untitled file is open, use Save As (rather than Save) from the File menu.
