Return/Refund Policy: Try before you buy: returns and refunds allowed only until you activate the software on first licensed computer, but in no event after 30 days from the order date. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are not refundable.

Product Activation: Unless an order is placed and accepted for a site license, one or more single-computer license(s) will be issued in the quantity that you order. Under single-computer licenses, a unique code will be issued for each licensed computer. Each code will be valid only on the one computer for which is is issued. Each computer is identified by a System ID plus the computer name and hard disk serial number.

Restrictions on Transfer and Access Code Reissues/Charges: A new access/activation code will be required if your system's registration or identification information is missing or damaged due to system malfunction or otherwise, or for a license transfer to another computer. With our subscription packages, there is no charge for the first transfer or new access code and there is also no charge to transfer at the time of renewal. For additional transfers or transfers of our non-subscription products, the support charge for the first password reissue is $19.00. A transfer or password reissue does not extend the subscription period. Alta Star reserves the right to limit license transfers or password reissues.
