SUPPORT POLICY: For our subscription products, we offer free limited telephone support as long as you subscribe. For non-subscription products, we offer 90 day limited telephone support at no charge. Limited support: includes support for program features, although we reserve the right to limit support if the amount of support requested is above normal. Prior to issuance of a license access code, you have the opportunity to use the demo versions, print sample forms and verify your satisfaction with this product. Although we can often answer questions if your system or network has specific installation or printer requirements, we do not provide support for Microsoft Windows or hardware or software incompatibility issues.
