Attorneys Title Insurance Fund Selects Alta
Star for WorkshopsAttorneys Title
Insurance Fund of Orlando, Florida ("The Fund") has chosen Alta Star's
FAR Forms to prepare sample contracts for use in its seminars and
workshops, offered at various locations around the State of Florida
throughout the year.
Seraphine Sprague, of The Fund's Miami-Dade Branch,
put together the workshop's course materials.
Alta Star's FAR Complete package was chosen for its ease-of-use. For the
class, the software will be used to print sample filled-in contracts
that are referred to in preparing closing statements.
The paralegal certification course ("PCAP") sponsored
by Attorneys Title Insurance Fund uses Alta Star's FAR Complete Package
to demonstrate preparation of real estate contracts for the class. Susan
Hosier of The Fund is the organizer of this program. The course is
offered at various location around Florida.
